It’s so nice
I dreamt I was falling, without fear…
Even now I can still feel the cool rush of air pushing up at me as I fell through the clouds, and looking back at myself seeing the wide grinning smile on my face.
It feels nice to wake up with a girl in your arms, there’s just something about it I can’t describe. Maybe its the smile on her face, maybe it’s the headrush of the hangover I’m definitely about to feel, maybe its a sigh of relief knowing I’m still useful somewhere.
I had to hang a blankets and sheets over my windows, I cannot sleep with, what do you call it, natural sunlight… It makes me feel sick, especially to wake up at 2pm with these random phone calls, and I’m trying to explain to the Indian chick on the other end of the phone that I have no student loans, and she’s trying to sell me a debt cancellation package, and I’m trying to tell her nicely to fuck off, and fuck it, I’m wide awake by then.
I go to take a shower, and grabbing a white shirt from the top of my clothes pile (Because who really folds clothes nowadays?, no wait I’m a single 20 year old guy, I can do whatever the hell I want with my clothes), I notice a big tan stripe down the front, nothing familiar. Then it strikes me, that damn dog wiped his butt on my shirt!
But look at that cute face, there’s no punishing him.
I had a glass of wine before I came into work tonight.
Oh yes, I can’t get enough of this.
